Pick up at 09:00 and drive about 1.5 hours to the Mutianyu Great Wall, the most beautiful section of the Wall and less touristy. You could either take the Gondola up and down or chair-lift up and Toboggan down.

As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. First built in the mid-6th century, Mutianyu Great Wall is older than the Badaling section. During the Ming dynasty, under the supervision of General Xu Da, construction of the present wall began on the foundation of the wall of Northern Qi. In 1404. In 1569, it was rebuilt and till today most parts are well preserved. The Mutianyu Great Wall has the largest construction scale and best quality among all sections of Great Wall.

Drive back the city to see Hutong, the old and original part of Beijing which means water well in Mongolian. We will take the rickshaw to tour around Hutong, as well as visiting a local family to get to know traditional Beijing courtyard residence (Siheyuan) and authentic local people's life.

Pick up at 09:00 and drive all the way to the Ancient Village (100KM), Cuandixia, which means stove in Chinese. Enjoy the beautiful countryside of the city en route.

Cuandixia Village is a place of gorgeous cluster of historic courtyard homes and old-world charm. The backdrop is very lovely: terraced orchards and fields, with ancient houses and alleyways rising up the hillside. It is also a popular place with film makers. Several famous Chinese directors and actors have been there to shoot movies, such as Jet Li and Zhang Yi Mou (Director of the opening ceremony of 2008 Olympics). It is also a museum of Maoist graffiti and slogans; especially up the incline among the better-preserved houses. We will also have lunch at the farmer's house (the best restaurant in the village) to savor the local flavor.

Drive back the city and walk around the Olympic Village to see the Bird's Nest and Water Cube.

Morning visit of Tian'anmen Square, the largest city-center square in the world which witnessed some of the most dramatic chapters of Chinese history.

Then proceed along the city's central axis to see the Forbidden City, where emperors in the Ming and Qing dynasties resided for more than 500 years.

Visit the Temple of Heaven where the Ming and Qing Emperors performed the most important rituals.

Continue by visiting the Summer Palace after lunch, the largest and most beautiful imperial palace and garden in China now.

Transfer back the hotel, service ends.

The tour will start with the Sacred Way (50 km away), where we can see huge stone statues of animals and people. Then visit Dingling, the only imperial tomb that has been excavated among the thirteen Ming Tombs.

After lunch, drive to the Juyongguan Pass, one of the three greatest passes of the Great Wall in China. It was first used in the Qin Dynasty when Emperor Qinshihuang ordered the building of the Great Wall.

On the way back; drive by the Olympic village to have a glimpse of the Bird's Nest and Water Cube.

Pick up at 09:00 by Guide and private vehicle, drive all the way to Jinshanling Great Wall (2 Hours), the most original and challenging part of the Great Wall. Jinshanling, a section of the Great Wall of China located in the mountainous area in Luanping County, 125 km northeast of Beijing. This section of the wall is connected with the Simatai section. It was built from 1570 during the Ming Dynasty. The Jinshanling section of the Great Wall is 10.5 km long with 5 passes, 67 towers and 2 beacon towers. The initial section of the wall has been restored to original condition, but the condition of the wall deteriorates towards its natural state as it approaches Simatai. It takes about 30 minutes from the parking lot to the Wall on foot, which is regarded as the warm-up. There are also cable car service which takes about 15 minutes up or down.

After 2, 3 hours excursion on the Wall, drive back the city and enjoy lunch in a nice local restaurant.

Transfer back the hotel, service ends.
