Learn to cook classic Italian and Tuscan food!
The experience can be totally personalised. Some highlights include fresh pasta, pizza, pasta sauces, bruschetta, tiramisu and MUCH more. This is a fully hands-on experience.
You will be learning from our chef Roberto Serio, in he's own private kitchen. Roberto is certified as a chef, in pizza making, fresh pasta making and holds MANY more titles. You will also be acompanied by a culture expert who will also help with translation.
The classes will be held in our private villa, "The Straw Farm", which is located in the hilly farmland outside of Florence. The villa contains a fully equiped, restaurant sized industrial kitchen, a banquet hall, a prep hall, a fully stocket bar and hotel quality sleeping quarters ( these can be rented out when they are available ). There is also the option of visiting our grape and olive fields.
