After being collected from your hotel in Aswan, your driver will take you to the Aswan granite quarry where you can see the unfinished Obelisk on site. This is nearly one thirds bigger than any ancient Egyptian obelisk ever erected.
Afterwards proceed to visit the High Dam, crossing the old Aswan Dam along the way. The dam contains 43 million cubic meters of water, and boasts an impressive volume 17 times bigger than the pyramids at Giza.
