Description
We visit the Majapait-era temples in terracotta brick (13-16th centuries). We visit the Trowulan Museum, and see production of stone-carving, bronze-making and batik in a number of villages.
Graeme Steel has lived in Indonesia for 25 years. He has written numerous articles on Indonesia for magazines, including Island Life, Jakarta Java Kini, and other media.
