Walking Sibiu Old City Tour.
I will take you on a walk through the historic quarter. Including the upper and lower portions of the town. The picturesque streets have kept the same appearance for the past 500 years. The stairs passage connecting the 2 levels are straight out of the middle ages. The large square is the centre of the town; see such monuments as the Council Tower (the gate to the town), Brukenthal Palace, Catholic Church, Goldsmiths Square, and other architectural monuments with well preserved medieval styles.

I arrived in Sibiu ten years ago, for me studies, and since then I fallen irremediably in love with this beautiful city.
I discovered Sibiu, step by step, inch by inch, corner by corner. Every visit I made in the old city was a immersion in its rich history, and that made me learn more and more about its people, its stories and the facts behind them.
I am also passionate about food. I'll not cook for you, at least not now, because I'm only an amateur cook, but if we'll became friends, who knows...we might find ourselves around a barbeque party - my style.
Anyway, rest assured that I know the best places to eat and drink in the region, and I can guide you to the authentic tastes and flavours this land has to offer.
I love the mountain and luckily the closest one is just a few minutes away. I usually spent the summer sundays hiking, trying new trails, breathing fresh air and charging my batteries for the week to come.
Whenever I have time, I take my bicycle for few hours rides around the city. There is no better way to discover the villages built centuries ago by romanians or saxons, and to mingle with the locals to find out their their stories, their legends, and why not..their authentic food recipies.
As a tourist guide, I'll be proud to share with you my passions and give you the most of your visit in Sibiu or Transilvania.
